Return Policy

If your order has suffered any damage due to transport failure or has a manufacturing failure, you have a period of 7 calendar days to return it, from the day of delivery of the order. However, for the claim to be effective you must contact us within 24 hours to notify us of the incident.

Due to health regulations and the type of our products we cannot accept the return of any product intended for body use, as well as products with defects caused by negligence or misuse, without packaging or with lack of accessories, if any.

The shipping costs of the return will be borne by the customer, provided that the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of BeySanchez Import SL, in which case our transport company will collect the merchandise postage paid (the carrier will verify that the returned merchandise is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging). In case of return, the returned product will be exchanged for an item with the same reference.
